Compassionate Family Medicine (CFM) is a trusted, community-based primary care practice proudly serving families across North Syracuse, Downtown Syracuse, Lyncourt, and Baldwinsville, New York.
Founded by Ted J. Triana, DO, CFM was built on the belief that everyone deserves expert, compassionate, and accessible healthcare. For over two decades, Dr. Triana and his team have been dedicated to improving community health through patient-centered, culturally competent care.
